Works great very durableThe bag can unsewExcellent product and fast accurate service.Durability= 0 stars...within a few hitting sessions between my son and I its busted stitching on 2 seams and wear on others! He's a 13yr old who has never hit a speed bad although he caught on pretty quickly. I'm a bit disappointed in it only Jan.7 and it's about done for!...Seriously???Very pleasedI glued together a few circles of 3/4 inch plywood to use as a platform for this bag. The base for this needs to be kind of substantial, and needs to be mounted solidly for it to work best. Once that is achieved this is a fun addition to my workouts. The bag builds coordination, timing, and speed. It can also be a tiring workout that works your arms and shoulders quite well.My only problem with installing this bag was with making a SUPER SOLID mount to hang it on. The first one rattled too much. Definitely loud when you get rolling on it ... great action on the swivel and the bag has a good feel. Speed bag work is great for hand control and I'm loving this setup.Great swivel so far. I bought this basically for the swivel. The bag is ok, I haven’t hit it much as I have other bags. But I am sure it’s great for my kids. I have three speed bag stations. Wanted another ball swivelSo I just got this hung I up filled it full of air hit it once and realised I completely wasted £30 the swivel heavy metal grinding on metal is a bad job the bounce back from the bag are way to slow it feel like there is no ait in the bag. I haven't tried the swivel with a different bag yet but I don't have any hopes for it being Any better. The bag it's self you get seem extra bad aswell.
