Our torsion keys are crafted from high strength steel and powder coated to resist cracking, weathering or breaking under even the toughest conditions. These re-indexed lift torsion keys install quickly and easily by replacing your existing torsion key mounted in your truck's crossmember. Our 3-bend, one-piece frame lift blocks were forged from high strength steel plates, bent and welded for a perfect fit, and finished with a durable and corrosion resistant coating to withstand even the toughest abuse, on and off-road. These lift blocks have a built-in taper to help keep your differential's pinion angle as close to factory specification as possible. Yes, in order to install this kit on your application, you must use a Torsion Key Unloader/Puller. This is very similar to a gear puller which you can rent at any auto specialist store. We recommend either a 5 or 7 ton puller for this job.
