Premium Starter Clutch Kit for Yamaha V Star 1100 (1999-2009) - Easy Installation & Replacement

Gasket is not a complete fit as it doesn’t follow the seal outline Perfectly as you can see in photo. I ended up adding some silicone to the area and I haven’t had issues with workable seal.Puller- The centre bolt would not screw into puller. I don’t know if this was because of improper thread sizes due to the bolt that is supplied or the puller threads or The powder coat or paint was applied to thickly in the threads. I ended up having to screw the puller into a board and then force match the bolt threads and puller by using an impact gun. After I did this, I was able to use it to complete the job. In the end, parts have been installed and bike is back working properly again.Oh, and one more thing one of the metal gaskets that came in the kit was bent so I ended up just using the original Yamaha Gasket that was not damaged. If I had to purchase this type of kit again I would not purchase this one. I’m hoping that this is the worst part of this kit and the actual starter clutch works out well in the long run.
